Kings Fall 111-106 to Warriors Despite 25 Points From Darius Acuff Jr.

Sacramento Comes Up Short

The Sacramento Kings lost to the Golden State Warriors 111-106 on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Chase Center. Yaxel Lendeborg led Golden State with 23 points, 10 rebounds and six assists as the Warriors held off Sacramento. Darius Acuff Jr. scored 25 points and had eight assists for the Kings, while Jonathan Mogbo collected eight rebounds.

Warriors Turn the Game

Sacramento took a 25-24 lead through the opening quarter. The Kings then scored 31 points in the second, but Golden State produced 37 to move in front 61-56 at halftime. Lendeborg scored for the Warriors early in the game, including a 23-foot 3-pointer in the first quarter, while Acuff Jr. made a pair of 3-pointers during the opening period.

Golden State added 28 points in the third quarter, compared with 25 for Sacramento, and carried an 89-81 advantage into the fourth. Brandin Podziemski made two 3-pointers in the third for the Warriors, and Brandon Williams scored 10 points in the quarter for Sacramento. The Kings outscored Golden State 25-22 in the final period, but the Warriors finished with the five-point victory.

By the Numbers

Acuff Jr. supplied Sacramento's highest scoring total, while Mogbo's eight rebounds were the Kings' listed top rebounding mark. Lendeborg's all-around line paced Golden State's listed performers. The Warriors were the home team, and the attendance at Chase Center was 18,064.

Golden State moved to 2-2 with the win. Sacramento's record became 0-3.
