The Washington Nationals overcame a mid-game deficit to secure a 4-3 victory over the visiting Los Angeles Angels on Friday, September 11, at Nationals Park. The home squad entered the eighth inning down 2-1 but generated enough offense to flip the score and hold on for the win. Attendance at the venue totaled 17,061 fans.

Scoring Sequence
