Saratoga will hold a virtual community meeting Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, to receive comments on the draft environmental report for a proposed 132-townhome development at 18500 and 18520 Marshall Lane.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. Pacific time. The city’s project page provides the Zoom link, meeting ID and telephone participation information.

Written comments are due by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26. The city asks people emailing feedback to kkumar@m-group.us to use the subject line “18500 and 18520 Marshall Lane Townhome Project.” Comments can also be delivered to City Hall; the project page lists the mailing instructions.

The city says timely comments will be reviewed and included in the final environmental report. A hearing on the housing project is anticipated in winter or spring 2027. The development remains a proposal.

Residents can read the draft and appendices online or review paper copies at the Community Development Department and Saratoga Library.
