The San Francisco 49ers added Kevin Givens, Sebastian Valdez and Viliami Fehoko Jr. to the active roster before their Sunday afternoon game against the Arizona Cardinals in Santa Clara. Givens and Valdez were elevated from the practice squad, while Fehoko was signed from the practice squad.
Fehoko's addition followed the placement of receiver Demarcus Robinson on injured reserve after Robinson sustained an ankle injury the previous week. Fehoko is listed as a defensive end. The game-day defensive tackles listed are Gracen Halton, Givens and Valdez.
San Francisco's defensive-line absences include Nick Bosa, Romello Height and James Thompson, who were ruled out. Alfred Collins, Andrew Farmer, Mikail Kamara, Sam Okuayinonu and C.J.
