The Los Angeles Rams are seeking their second victory of the season, but Puka Nacua’s status for Week 3 remains undecided. The receiver missed the team’s Week 2 home game against the New York Giants after suffering a hip injury during practice the previous week.
Rams coach Sean McVay said Tuesday morning that he is “not sure” whether Nacua will be available against the Denver Broncos. McVay also said he is “hopeful” the receiver can play.
Jordan Whittington did not play against New York either, though Los Angeles won the game. The Rams are scheduled to travel to Mile High for an 8:20 p.m. ET game Sunday night. Rams Wire reported that Nacua’s availability has not yet been determined.
