Tutu Atwell is back with the Los Angeles Rams after spending the offseason with the Miami Dolphins. This transition is significant for Atwell, who had previously spent five seasons with the Rams before signing a one-year deal with the Dolphins.

Growing up in Miami, Atwell considers both Miami and Los Angeles home. Following a trade that sent running back Jarquez Hunter to the Dolphins, he expressed his gratitude for the Dolphins' opportunity while emphasizing his enthusiasm to return to Los Angeles, stating, "(Los Angeles) is my home, too."

Head coach Sean McVay humorously insisted on Atwell's return, noting the team's affection for him and the familiarity he brings back. Atwell echoed this sentiment, expressing excitement about reuniting with his teammates. Despite not participating in offseason training, he feels a sense of familiarity with the team's operations, mentioning that while there are some changes in the playbook, it feels great to be back.

Atwell has had impressive performance streaks in his career, including a 14-game reception streak in 2024 and a 20-game streak from 2022 to 2023. Last season, he faced challenges due to a hamstring injury, recording six receptions for 192 yards and one touchdown over ten games.

As the Rams gear up for the new season, Atwell's role within the team remains to be seen, with McVay acknowledging the depth of the wide receiver group.
