The Cardinal completed the Oct. 5–6 tournament at 856, four over par, for its first stroke-play team title of the season. Stanford’s official recap lists rounds of 287, 272 and 297.

Monday’s second round proved decisive. Stanford shot 12 under par to build a lead that survived a 13-over final round on the par-71 course. Scoring was tougher Tuesday: Duke was the only team to finish the closing round at even par, while Virginia shot six over.
