How Saratoga's Representative Voted on Barring Members of Congress From Buying Stocks
The U.S. House voted 232 to 198 to pass the Stop Insider Trading Act, which would bar members of Congress from buying individual stocks. Rep. Liccardo voted NO. The bill now goes to the Senate.
