The city council is scheduled to convene on Sept. 2 for its regular meeting. The agenda includes a recommendation to review and approve official records from two previous sessions.
Staff reports containing the relevant documents are attached to the agenda package for council consideration.
Council members will examine the minutes from the Aug. 11 special meeting. These records document discussions and decisions made during that session.
The agenda also lists the minutes from the Aug. 19 regular meeting for review. Both sets of documents are designated as staff report attachments.
The council will vote on whether to formally approve both sets of minutes during the Sept. 2 session. Approval will finalize the official record for those dates.
