His scoreless outing proved decisive in a game defined by late momentum, securing his second win of the season and helping the Brewers overcome a six-run deficit to claim a 5-4 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Hall’s efficiency was critical after starter Shane Drohan allowed three earned runs over five-and-a-third innings. Drohan struck out five but also issued three walks while surrendering three hits. He was followed by Antonio Senzatela, who pitched two-thirds of an inning and allowed one earned run on a hit before exiting the game.
The Dodgers’ Early Lead
Los Angeles built a commanding lead in the sixth inning when Muncy launched a 426-foot home run to right center, driving in Edman and Freeman. That three-run blast extended their advantage to 4-2, seemingly putting them out of reach.
Earlier in the fourth, the Dodgers had taken a 2-0 lead on walks that brought Vaughn and Ortiz to scoring position, though only Vaughn crossed the plate before Rortvedt’s fifth-inning single made it 2-1.
