Sultan’s Kebab plans to open two new restaurants in the Bay Area within the next few months. The expansion includes a site in Concord and another in Saratoga, increasing the chain’s presence in the region.
The Concord location is set to open at 2151 Salvio St. inside Todos Santos Plaza. This space was previously occupied by Lima, an upscale Peruvian restaurant that closed its doors in 2024. The new Sultan’s Kebab outlet is expected to debut within two to three months.
Fatih Ulas, the owner of the chain, stated that the Saratoga location at 14554 Big Basin Way, Unit A, will open soon. While a specific date was not provided for this site, Ulas confirmed the plan to establish a presence there.
These openings will bring the total number of Sultan’s Kebab branches to six. The existing locations are situated in Danville, Livermore, Campbell, and Pleasanton. The original restaurant remains in Pleasanton.
Ulas, who is from Turkey, expressed enthusiasm about the growth. He noted that the brand aims to continue expanding its Mediterranean cuisine offerings to more communities across the Bay Area.
