The Los Angeles Rams have officially announced their 53-man roster in preparation for the 2026 NFL season. This decision was made public on Sunday afternoon, outlining the selected players across various positions.
At quarterback, the Rams will carry three players: Matthew Stafford, Stetson Bennett IV, and rookie Ty Simpson. Head coach Sean McVay indicated on August 25 that the team intended to keep three quarterbacks, although the backup for Stafford had not been finalized as of August 27.
In the running back category, Kyren Williams, Blake Corum, and Ronnie Rivers have made the roster. Williams is aiming for over 1,100 rushing yards and at least 10 rushing touchdowns for the fourth consecutive season, while Corum looks to build on his successful performance from 2025.
The wide receiver lineup includes seven players: Puka Nacua, Davante Adams, Jordan Whittington, Konata Mumpfield, Tutu Atwell, Xavier Smith, and rookie CJ Daniels. All receivers from the initial 2025 roster have been retained, with Daniels being the new addition.
The tight end group consists of five players, including Tyler Higbee and rookie Max Klare. The offensive line includes nine players, crucial for the Rams' previous success in scoring and total offense. On defense, the roster features six defensive linemen, five outside linebackers, and four cornerbacks, with a notable addition of Myles Garrett.
The safety group remains stable with four players, while specialists include punter Ethan Evans and kicker Harrison Mevis.
