Staff Report Attachment A contains the full text of the proposed contract for review.
Council members are asked to approve the contract during the August 19 meeting.
A favorable vote would authorize the acting City Manager to execute the agreement.
The agenda item lists this approval as the recommended action for the scheduled session.
Staff indicated that contract execution depends on the outcome of the council vote.
